9-Month New Employee Career Path
Our employees need a minimum of 9 months in the company before being able to apply for internal job posting. Some positions may require specific training completion. Assistance coordinators are eligible for their first promotion and increase after 9 months.

Flexible Spending Accounts
This benefit allows our employees to put money aside (non-taxable) to cover deductibles and any expenses out of pocket they might encounter. It is like a savings account without taxes.

4 Weeks Paid Time Off
Our employees can enjoy 4 weeks PTO per year. Accrued time can start to be used after completion of 3 months of employment.

Referral Award
Employee will receive $300 for every full-time employee he/she refers.
Birthday Off
Employees have their birthday off with pay (8 hours). If the birthday falls on the weekend or on a Holiday, they will have the day before or the day after off.
Eligibility: First full calendar year.
401K with Company Match
Employees who have worked at AXA Assistance USA for 90 days are eligible to join the company's 401K plan. After one year, AXA Assistance USA matches the contribution at a rate of 50 percent of each dollar to a maximum of 6 percent of the employee's annual salary. The employer-matching amount vests over 3 years.

Company Profit Sharing
If the company has been profitable over a specific time period, employees may receive annually a percentage of the company’s annual profits.

Summer / Friday casual Dress
Employees are allowed to wear casual dress every Friday. In addition, during the summer, if employees wear an AXA Polo on any day of the week, casual dress is also allowed.

The company offers pre-tax CTA and Metra passes, as well as parking vouchers.
Shift Incentive Program
Employees working the night shift are paid a 15 percent premium hourly rate above their regular salary. They work a 4-day work week and they can dress casual all week.
