Lynn McGivern, Chief Compliance Officer

Lynn McGivernLynn S. McGivern joined AXA Assistance USA in March 2006 as Chief Compliance Officer to ensure clients of the organization's commitment to corporate integrity. Ms. McGivern also serves as Corporate Counsel.

Ms. McGivern started her career as a licensed physical therapist before earning her juris doctor degree from Washburn University in 2000. She has more than 15 years experience in healthcare and insurance compliance, as well as regulatory matters.

Ms. McGivern also holds a Masters of Health Law from Loyola University in Chicago where she was awarded the Fellow Scholarship.
